We want our customers to be happy so we have a 30 day return policy - if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know. If your item is damaged we will replace it or we will refund the purchase price. If you do not want the item then we will gladly refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling) once we receive the item back in new condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.
If the item is defective, we will replace the item, if available. If it is not available, we will reimburse you for the item as well as the shipping and handling charges, and reimburse you for sending the item back. Please call or email us before sending your items back to us. If you have any problems using items let us know, and we will do our best to help you in the operation and care of the items.
IMPORTANT: For returns use the address found on the packing slip. If you do not have a packing slip then please contact us by email or phone to get the address to return any products.
